Shohei Ohtani

We already knew that Shohei Ohtani was the best player in the National League and maybe in the entire world, but it seems like this past week he has just been showing off. He took his batting to a whole new level this past week, and we can only imagine how good he will be once he can start to pitch again too. 

This past week, Ohtani batted .385/.433/.923 with four home runs and 12 RBIs. These are comparable to the stats of players that have played the entire season, and Ohtani did this in just 26 at bats. This really is a testament to how good he has been this season, even if all anyone wants to talk about is Aaron Judge.
