Way too early #1 overall pick for 2024
We wish we could say that Fantasy Football is coming right around the corner, but it will be a while until your drafting your teams, and making trades with your buddies. But, we decided that we couldn't wait until then to let you know who the #1 overall pick should be in this years drafts.
#1 Christian McCaffery
There are a couple good options at #1 overall pick, but none of those options compare to Christian McCaffery. Christian McCaffery other wise known as CMC, is the raining fantasy player of the year. If you had CMC on your team during the playoffs then you most likely won your fanasty championship. This was due because CMC went crazy during the semifinal game against the Arizona Cardinals.
#2 Justin Jefferson
Last year during this time Justin Jefferson would no doubt be the number 1 overall pick. But know our experts believe that Jefferson falls slightly down due to injury and poor performance in 2023. But there is no doubt in our minds that Jefferson will be a fantastic player although the poor quarterback room in Minnesota this year.
#3 Ja'Marr Chase
Ja'Marr is a intresting pick and ranges from insane 50 point performances (Arizona Cardinals) to bad performances. This is highly due to the injurys that Joe Burrrow delt with last season. But with a healthy Joe Burrow in the backfield, then we have seen flashes of an amazing Chase and potentially a #1 overall pick.
#4 Travis Kelce
Travis Kelce is always going to be the best fanasty TE, but last season TJ Hockenson and Sam Laporta were catching up. Travis had a hot start to the season last year, but ever since he started dating Taylor Swift he fell off. He dropped his fanasty average from 17 to 13. Which is a big dropoff, but with Kelce we know what he is capable of and believe that he will have no problem doing that again this season.
#5 CeeDee Lamb
After a breakout season last year. Ceedee Lamb was incredible and is very deserving of a top 5 fanasty pick spot. This could be a close decision between CeeDee and Kyren Williams. But Ceedee's consistently leads him to deserving this spot. Our experts expect a monster season by Ceedee, which is why he is in our top 5 in draft boards.
